Sukhothai is meaning in thai "Dawn of Happiness"
Sukhothai is located a bit north of Thailand. There was once time to be a Kingdom and this period is also The king name " Pho Khun Ram Kham hang " He maded Thai alphabets in first time until now in Thai language We have done absolutly. Sukhothai Historical Park open daily 06.00 am - 21.00 pm.(Ticket counter close at 18.00pm)
Entrance fee for foreigner 40 -50 baht/person There is also Tram tour for service only 20 baht/person
How to Travel from Bangkok to Sukhothai
1. By bus - Take a bus from Mochit2 Bus terminal will take a time like 6 hours from bangkok
2. By train - Take a train from Bangkok railway station and then you can get off the train at Phitsanuloke station and then you can take a bus at Bus station from Phitsanuloke to Sukhothai.
3.By Airplane with Bangkok Airways Airline only 1 hour travel to Sukhothai.
